• 7/30/10 $9.97 Mailed off agreements to AWAA
• 8/10/10 Receive call from Family Coordinator/Social Worker to begin paper chase
• 8/7/10 Receive birth certificates (Doug and Cristie) and Marriage license in the mail
• 8/11/10 Give family reference letters for Dossier/Home study to families and Pastor
• 8/11/10 $48.00 Order copy of Dakota's birth cert.
• 8/15/10 Approval - Life Insurance/birth cert/marriage
• license per AWAA (DONE!)
• 8/18/10 $30.00 Police Reports (DONE)
• 8/18/10 $46.35 Health inspection Requested

• 9/8/10 - Cristie Physical ($169.00) - TB test done - DONE
• 9/8/10 - Canyon Physical ($110) 
• 9/9/10 - Proof of Medical Insurance - DONE
• 9/9/10 - Doug Physical ($169.00) - TB test done - DONE
• 9/21/10 - Mail off all Home Study materials
• 10/2 -10/4 - Home study interviews completed ($3,400)
• 10/17/10 - we both finish online Hague Training ($175)
• 10/28/10 - Finalized Home Study arrived!  
• 10/29/10 - Filed I-600A - ($830 - I-600 processing + 2 sets of biometric fingerprints)
• 11/14/10 - Fingerprint appt. arrived in mail - set for November 23.
• 11/17/10 - drove to Austin and had docs State Certified
• 12/10/10 - DTE - (Date To Ethiopia).  Our Dossier Goes off ($7,500)
• 2/15/11 - 2/16/11 - Cristie on Mission trip to Ethiopia with Visiting Orphans.
• 3/10/11 - "MOWA" makes announcement of 90% in adoptions
• 3/11/11 - middle of the night prayers begin (Priceless)
• 8/11/11 - at 2:15 in the afternoon, we got THE CALL ... and the referral of our beautiful boy!  
• 9/25/11 - Homestudy Update ($600)
• 9/30/11 - A Friday morning that caught me off guard.  We got a call and a court date of 11/22/11
• 10/7/11 - Booked flights -  $5,238 (Doug, Cristie, Canyon and Dakota)
